On January 22, NCT DREAM released their first mini album – THE DREAM – in Japan, topping the Oricon Daily Album Chart on the first day.
Just six days later, DREAM made history as the first NCT unit to debut at No. 1 on the Oricon Weekly Album Chart, with a total of 40,386 copies sold! They are the also the first Korean male artist to top the chart before making their official debut with a Japanese single, as THE DREAM is a compilation of seven of the group’s Korean songs.
In addition, the boys successfully wrapped up the sold-out “THE DREAM SHOW” in Tokyo on January 26 and 27, and their tour of Japan continues in February (two days in Kobe) and March (three days in Musashino).
